1、 Overview
The ZGY series three-phase asynchronous vibration motor is a new type of vibration motor developed by our company in cooperation with research institutions, based on years of production experience in ZG series vibration motors, combined with domestic reality. All its technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar domestic products. As a vibration source, it can be widely used in various types of vibration machinery, such as vibration feeders, vibration conveyors, vibration mining machines, vibration sand dropping machines, vibration screening machines, vibration anti blocking devices for silos, etc. It is an ideal supporting equipment for industrial sectors such as mining, casting, metallurgy, coal, electricity, grain, ports, chemical industry, building materials, machinery, ceramics, etc., with an extremely wide range of applications.

2、 Characteristics
The ZGY series three-phase asynchronous vibration motor has the following advantages:
1. The combination of excitation force and power is appropriate, resulting in a lightweight and compact body.
2. Utilizing smooth rotation to generate vibration force with low noise.
3. Fully enclosed structure, with a shell protection level of IP54.
4. Long service life, with a bearing life of up to 5000 hours for 2-pole and 10000 hours for 4, 6, and 8-pole.
5. Simply adjust the angle of the eccentric block to achieve stepless adjustment of the excitation force.
6. Multiple machines can combine various vibration forms to complete various job requirements.
7. The variety of models and specifications can meet the working needs of various types of vibration machinery.
